The Flow Cytometry Facility for the School of Biological Sciences is based at the Institute for Infection and Immunological Research on the Kings’ Building campus.
Three Bench top analysers are available for multiparameter analysis:

FACSCantoII(BD) - 407/488/633nm - 2/4/2 colour
LSR II(BD) - 355/407/488/633nm - 2/6/6/3 colour
Plus a state of the art High speed Cell sorter is available:
FACSAria cell sorter - 407/488/633nm - 2/5/2 colour
