The Flow Cytometry Facility for the School of Biological Sciences is based at the Institute for Infection and Immunological Research on the Kings’ Building campus.

Two Bench top analysers are available for multiparameter analysis:

FACSCalibur(BD) - dual laser - 488/633nm - 6 parameter

FACSCantoII(BD) - 407/488/633nm - 2/4/2 colour

LSR II(BD) - 355/488/633nm lasers - 13 parameter

Plus a state of the art High speed Cell sorter is available:

FACSAria cell sorter - 407/488/633nm - 11 parameter
